Space and Support The Technology Innovation Center and the University of Iowa Research Park offer space and support for new and growing businesses. Established in 1984, the Technology Innovation Center is the University’s business incubator, offering services and cost-effective space to start-ups and new ventures of established companies that use advanced technology. The new University of Iowa BioVentures Center is now open. |

The Research Park is located on 189 acres in Coralville and was established in 1989 to offer leased space and building sites to growing technology companies seeking sustained relationships with the University. Contact the UI Research Park if you need: Laboratory and office modules or building sites for a new facility, and assistance in identifying qualified developers, financing and possible financial incentives. Sustained access to the extensive resources of a major public research university and close proximity to University anchor laboratories for industrial biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, human health and medicine, public and environmental health, and driving simulation. |
